Doing nothing gets you nowhere

Focusing on what isn’t possible is often what holds people back.

Too often, too many people focus on what they can’t do.
On what isn’t possible.
And they transfer that information to nearly everything else in life.
So because A isn’t possible, they think B won’t be possible either, and so on and so forth.

At any given moment there will be things that might not be possible to do. At least at that moment.
But that does not mean that there aren’t things that are possible.

Rather than focusing on what we can’t do, it’s better to focus on what we can do, because that change of focus actually leads to us doing something.

Making progress requires doing something, anything, that moves you at least a bit forward.
Because doing nothing gets you nowhere.
