Focusing on what you can vs what you can’t

There are lots of things in life we can’t do anything about.
But there are also lots of things we CAN do something about.

Life is full of cans and cants like that.
The challenge is to actually divert your focus from what you can’t do to what you can.

We can’t do everything.
In fact, we can’t do many things.
But that’s ok, because we can do lots of other things.

The point is to focus on what you can, rather than what you can’t, because that’s how you make progress.

At the end of the day, what you focus on determines your results, and your life.
So you can opt for the automated responses and focus on all that you can’t do.
Or, you can think and act differently, step out of your comfort zone, take the bull by the horns, roll your sleeves up, and focus on what you CAN do.

Guess which one moves you forward.
