How to not let your past define your present

People often get stuck, and struggle to move forward.
And here’s the main cause: they hold onto things that happened in their past.
They relive those memories regularly.

Mulling over them only keeps you stuck in the past, and stops you from moving forward.

Here’s what you need to realise: what’s happened has happened.
There’s nothing you can do about them now.
So why waste time and energy worrying about, and reliving, past experiences?

Setbacks are there to teach us what not to do, and what doesn’t work.
Learn from them what you can, and move on.
Learn to let things go.

Remember, your past does not define who you are.
Unless you let it.
