What you read, watch and talk about matters.
Be careful of what you feed your mind.
If you feed your mind garbage, you’ll get garbage.
And vice versa.
There’s a reason why a lot of the most successful people recommend against reading newspapers (& watching the news).
Because they are full of negative stuff.
No wonder negativity is the default emotion for most people.
When you feed your mind that much garbage, day in day out, it becomes a struggle to be positive, and notice the good things around you.
The reality is, there is far more to be thankful for than to be sad about.
We are incredibly blessed.
What we lack aren’t good things in life, but rather, perspective.
Open yourself to the good things in your life.
Focus on them.
And work on feeding your mind good quality stuff.
Stop feeding your mind garbage.
